Technical description of the product (AD698APZ):

The Analog Devices AD698APZ is a universal LVDT signal conditioner, available in a PLCC28 surface-mount (SMD) package. It features 28 pins and operates with supply voltages from ±13 V/17.5 V to +36 V. The operating temperature range is between -40 °C and +85 °C. This interface integrated circuit is ideal for LVDT applications.
