Technical description of the product (BZW06-14B):
The Diotec BZW06-14B is a bidirectional suppressor diode from the BZW 06-series with a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 13.6V and a pulse dissipation of 600W at 1ms. It is not RoHS compliant and comes in a through-hole DO-15 package. Minimum breakdown voltage is 15.2V at 1mA, nominal is 16V at 1mA, and maximum is 16.8V at 1mA. Reverse leakage current is 5µA at 13.6V. The operating temperature range is from -50°C to +175°C. This diode features 2 leads and is designed for PCB mounting.
