Technical description of the product (BZW06-15):
The Diotec BZW06-15 is a unidirectional TVS diode from the BZW06 series with a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W and a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 15.3V. It is RoHS compliant and available in a DO-15 (DO-204AC) through-hole (THT) package. Minimum breakdown voltage is 17.1V, maximum is 18.9V at 1mA. Reverse leakage current is 5µA at 15.3V. The operating temperature range is from -55°C to +175°C. This silicon semiconductor diode provides overvoltage protection and features 2 terminals. Maximum peak pulse current is 24A (10/1000µs).
