Diotec BZW06-15B bidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode for overvoltage protection. Features 600W peak pulse power dissipation (1ms), 15.3V reverse standoff voltage, and a DO-15 package for PCB through-hole mounting. Silicon semiconductor material, RoHS compliant, with an operating temperature range of -50 to +175°C.
