The Diotec P6SMBJ6.5A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode in an SMB (DO-214AA) SMD package. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 6.5V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 600W for 1ms. This 2-pin surface-mounted component offers a minimum breakdown voltage of 7.2V and a maximum of 8V at 1mA. The reverse leakage current is 500 µA at 6.5V. Operating temperature range from -50°C to +150°C. RoHS compliant.
