BTY79-800R thyristor with 800V repetitive peak off-state voltage (Urrm) and 10A maximum average on-state current (Iav). This component is not RoHS compliant. It is a 3-pin, screw-mount thyristor in a TO-64 (10-32 UNF) package. Non-repetitive peak on-state current (Ip) is 150 A, and maximum gate trigger current (Igm) is 30 mA. Operating temperature range is -55 to +125 °C.
