Generic MCR100-8 thyristor, RoHS compliant, with an operating temperature range of -40 to +110°C. TO-92 package, with 3 connections for THT mounting. Typical gate trigger current (Igt) of 0.2mA and maximum impulse current of 10A. Function as a thyristor for 50Hz applications. Average on-state current (IT(AV)) of 0.8A and Itsm of 10A. Maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 0.2mA and typical holding current (Ih) of 5mA. VDRM of 600V and IT(RSM) (TC=85°C) of 0.8A. Maximum reverse voltage of 600V.
