Technical description of the product (IR2113PBF):

The International Rectifier IR2113PBF is a RoHS compliant high and low side MOSFET/IGBT gate driver. It is designed for through-hole mounting (THT) in a DIP-14 package with 14 pins. This half-bridge driver circuit operates with a minimum supply voltage of +10V and a maximum of +20V/600V. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
