Technical description of the product (IR2118PBF):

The International Rectifier IR2118PBF is a RoHS compliant high-side MOSFET/IGBT gate driver. It is designed for through-hole mounting (THT) in a DIP-8 package with 8 pins. This driver circuit operates with a minimum supply voltage of +10V and a maximum of +20V/600V. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +125°C.
