Digital temperature sensor, RoHS compliant. Operating temperature from -55 to +125°C. 3 terminals in a TO-92 package. THT mounting for printed circuit boards. Supply voltage 3 to 5.5V. 9-bit resolution. Serial 1-Wire interface. Silicon thermal sensor with a measurement range of -55 to +125°C and an accuracy of ±0.5°C or ±2°C. Integrated signal processing circuit and EEPROM memory.
