Maxim MAX251CSD power supply isolator for serial interface, surface-mount SO14 package. Not RoHS compliant. Interface integrated circuit with 2 drivers and 2 receivers. Maximum communication speed of 19.2 kbps. Single supply voltage from +4.5V to +5.5V. Operating temperature range from 0°C to +70°C.
