Maxim MAX690SEPA watchdog and RESET circuit for 3.0/3.3V systems with a 2.925V RESET threshold. This 8-pin through-hole DIP8 interface integrated circuit features a 200 ms RESET delay and an active LOW RESET output. Not RoHS compliant. Supply voltage range from +1V to +5.5V. Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
