Technical description of the product (AT89C55WD-24PU):

The Microchip (Atmel) AT89C55WD-24PU is an 8-bit microcontroller from the ATMEL AT89 family. It features 20KB FLASH program memory and 256 Byte SRAM data memory. This through-hole (THT) component comes in a 40-pin PDIP package, operates at 24MHz, and includes a WDT and UART interface. Operating temperature is between -55°C and +125°C, with a maximum temperature of +85°C. Supply voltage is between 4.5V and 5.5V. It is RoHS compliant and supplied in tubes of 40 units.
