Maximum measurement accuracy of +/- 4.0°C, cold-junction accuracy of +/- 1.0°C (0°C to +85°C). Temperature measurement resolution of 0.0625°C for hot and cold junctions. Features four programmable temperature alert outputs, programmable digital filter, and 2-wire I2C compatible interface (100 kHz). Low power operation with shutdown and burst modes. Operating voltage range 2.7V to 5.5V. Typical operating current 500 µA, shutdown current 2 µA. Package: 20-lead 5x5x1.0mm MQFN.
