The MIKROE-4005 Index Counter Click is a simple prototyping solution for high-precision Hall-Effect switches with direction detection. This board hosts the TLE4966K, an integrated double Hall-effect sensor from Infineon. The sensor is specifically designed for highly accurate applications using a rotating pole wheel, offering high sensitivity and stability of magnetic switching points. Based on two Hall probes providing information about the direction and speed of the moving wheel, this product is an excellent choice for applications such as index counting, rotational speed and direction applications, and motor-driven position systems. Interface: GPIO. Input voltage: 3.3V or 5V. Click board size: S (28.6 x 25.4 mm).
