Ferroelectric RAM (FRAM) is a non-volatile memory type with characteristics comparable to faster DRAM memory modules, offering a quicker alternative to conventional serial FLASH and EEPROM modules. This reliable and fast FRAM module writes data at bus speed, boasts an extremely high endurance of 10^10 read/write cycles, a data retention period of 10 years, and a very fast SPI interface.
