The Mikroelektronika MIKROE-1902 SRAM click board allows you to add 1 Mbit of additional SRAM memory to your devices via the 23LC1024 chip. The memory is organized in 8-bit instruction registers and 32-byte pages. It offers unlimited read/write cycles and an SPI interface. The module operates with 3.3V or 5V input voltage and is compatible with mikroBUS. The board size is S (28.6 x 25.4 mm).
