The MIKROE-3044 interfaces 4D Systems intelligent displays equipped with ZIF FFC. The 4D-display click is an adapter Click board™ offering a mikroBUS™ interface for controlling 4D Systems gen4 Series intelligent Display Modules. 4D Systems designs and manufactures a wide range of Intelligent Display Modules equipped with powerful graphics processors. Their displays enable graphical object control by exchanging specifically formatted messages with an external microcontroller (MCU) via UART. By utilizing the 4D-display click, it is possible to develop an MCU firmware application that interacts with graphic objects on the 4D Intelligent Display Module over mikroBUS™. This significantly simplifies application design, reduces the processing load on the host MCU, and allows for the creation of amazing graphically based applications, even with slower 8-bit MCUs.
