The Mikroelektronika PROFET Click Board 10A is a compact add-on board featuring a smart high-side power switch. It incorporates the Infineon Technologies BTS7008-1EPA, a single-channel, high-side power switch with embedded protection and diagnosis. This switch supports 10A loads and includes ReverSave™ for reverse polarity protection. Diagnosis features are pin-configurable, offering proportional load current sense, open load detection (ON/OFF state), and short circuit protection to ground and battery. This Click board™ is suitable for resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, replacing electromechanical relays, fuses, and discrete circuits. Key features include a high-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection, reverseON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity, UVLO/OVLO, and a wide external power supply range with LED indication. Interface options are Analog and GPIO, compatible with mikroBUS. The board size is L (57.15 x 25.4 mm) and accepts 3.3V or external input voltage.
