Technical description of the product (BT151-500R):

NXP BT151-500R Thyristor with 500V VDRM and 7.5A average on-state current (IT(AV)). RMS current 12A, non-repetitive peak current (Itsm) 120A. F-Thyristor type with 2µS gate trigger time (tgt) and 70µS turn-off time (tq). TO-220AB (SOT-78) package for through-hole mounting with 3 connections. Maximum gate trigger current (Igt) 15mA, maximum holding current (Ih) 20mA. Operating temperature up to +125°C. RoHS compliant.
