Onsemi C106M1G thyristor with 600V repetitive peak off-state voltage (Urrm) and 4A maximum average on-state current (Iav). This RoHS compliant, 3-pin component is through-hole mounted in a TO-126 package. Non-repetitive peak on-state current (Ip) is 20 A, and maximum gate trigger current (Igm) is 500 µA. Operating temperature range is -40 to +110 °C.
