Technical description of the product (FAN7382MX):
The Onsemi FAN7382MX is a high/low-side MOSFET half-bridge gate driver featuring MillerDrive™ technology and HIN+LIN functionality. It is RoHS compliant and available in a SOP8 package for SMD mounting, supplied on tape and reel. The driver has 2 channels, a supply voltage of 10-20VDC, and an operating temperature range of -40 to 125°C. It offers an output current of -650 to 350mA, undervoltage protection, and a voltage class of 600V. The pulse rise time is 140ns and the pulse fall time is 80ns.
