It offers a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 18V. Key electrical characteristics include a minimum breakdown voltage (Ubr) of 20V @ 1mA and a maximum Ubr of 22.1V @ 1mA. The reverse leakage current (Ir) is 5µA @ 18V. It provides a maximum pulse power dissipation (Pp) of 600W @ 1ms. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C.
