RoHS compliant. Specifications include an ITSM of 420A (tp = 8.3mS). The device features a TO-3P package (also known as TO-218 or SOT-93), with the datasheet specifying TOP-3. It has an Igt (typical) of 50mA and an IT(AV) of 19A. Maximum holding current (Ih) is 75mA. Repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) is 1200V.
