BTW69-800RG thyristor with 1000V VDRM and 50A IT(RSM). Features 50 Hz functionality, maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 80 mA, and maximum holding current (Ih) of 150 mA. Insulation rated at 2500V RMS. Average on-state current (IT(AV)) is 32 A, and non-repetitive peak on-state current (Itsm) is 580 A (610A at tp=8.3ms). This 3-pin component is through-hole mounted (THT) in a TO-3P (TO-218 SOT-93) insulated package. Operating temperature range is -40 to +125 °C.
