Turn-on time (t(on)) 4.8µs, turn-off time (t(off)) 5.0µs. VCE(sat)max. 0.3V, Vceo 32V, Veco 5V. Operating temperature from -40°C to +100°C. Through-hole mounting (THT). RoHS compliant.
