Vishay P6SMB39A-E3-52 is a 600W peak pulse power Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode. This unidirectional component offers excellent clamping capability, fast response time, and low incremental surge resistance. Housed in an SMB (DO-214AA) package, it is suitable for protecting sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. Lead (Pb)-free and RoHS compliant.
