The Mikroelektronika MIKROE-1422 Pressure Click board offers a compact and simple solution for integrating pressure measurement into electronic designs. It features the LPS331AP digital output pressure sensor, an ultra-compact absolute piezoresistive sensor. This sensor measures pressure from 260 to 1260 mbar and temperature from -40°C to 80°C, providing a digital signal to the main board microcontroller. Pressure Click communicates via mikroBUS SPI (MOSI, MISO, SCK, CS), I2C (SDA, SCL), and INT lines. The board operates solely on a 3.3V power supply. Ideal for indoor and outdoor navigation, altimeters, barometers for portable devices, weather stations, and sport watches. Key features include a 260 to 1260 mbar absolute pressure range, high-resolution mode with 0.020 mbar RMS, and high overpressure capability (20x full scale). It boasts low power consumption: 5.5 µA in low resolution mode and 30 µA in high resolution mode. Interface options are SPI, GPIO, I2C. Compatibility with mikroBUS, S-size (28.6 x 25.4 mm).
